Why do people ask whether God wants this or that or if something is right or wrong here if you can pray to him?

You can hear him however it is a faint voice. With out Jesus in your life you are not given the Holy Spirit, If you believe Christ died for you your sins and by personal invitation ask him in,you will hear the voice you seek. It is real ,God is really there.
