What is wrong with my t.v.?

My Panasonic Cinemavision Projection TV wont turn on. When i try, the red power light blinks continuously. It's to big to bring to a repair shop and i don't know of any who would come to my house to fix it. If you know whats wrong please give me step by step instructions how to fix it. Thanks
