Is burning a quran within the Constitutions First Amendment rights for Freedom of Speech?

Yes, it is free speech. It is also putting our soldiers at an even greater risk. It doesn't hurt the enemy in any way except to rile them up and make them kill more soldiers and aid workers. It is a sh*tty thing to do. If this guy is so brave - why doesn't he go there and burn it and let him deal with the aftermath. Easy to be a tough guy when a whole bunch of other people are protecting you.
