Help with Astral Projection?

My spirit left my body a few times as a teenager. I never made it happen however. It was the force of god. The time I remember the most, I wish I never had, becuase of what I had to come back to life in. I wish I had never experienced it- I wouldn't know how beautiful it is there and how ugly it is here.
