I've been living in the UK for over a year now, and my parents have been holding my mail, and I have some GST cheques and other various cheques from the government and I was wondering if I can deposit them into my bank account with HSBC, and whether there will be fees or a holding period. I tried to contact my bank but I just got through to a call center in India and they had no idea what I was trying to ask. If anyone can give me some information, or point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it!

Is FAFSA going to cut my financial aid for next year?

I just got a summer job in a governmental company and since this is my first job I am a little concerned about next year's financial aid towards my college tuition when I'm going to tell FAFSA that I am making money. What is the chance that they will cut my financial aids? If so, I would make money but then I would have to pay more for college making work pointless and a complete waste of effort and time except for the fact that I would get some experience. Am I getting this right? Can anybody help? Thanks.

Is something wrong with my TV?

I have a Hitachi 55 inch rear projection TV and it has developed a blue haze that covers part of the screen. It seems that the blue spot occasionally changes and moves. When white is displayed on the area of the haze, the haze cannot be seen. I have occasionally left the tv all night by accident (falling asleep while watching it) could this have caused the blue haze? Are there any solutions to this problem?
