What's the difference between Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection?

I've been researching both and Lucid Dreaming seems to be more fun/self discovery focused while Astral Projection seems to be more spiritual. Anyone who knows about these and their differences, could you please explain them to me? Help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
