Russian or Arabic Foreign language?

Which one will help me more in getting a job with the FBI, or a governmental law enforcement type job? I've heard arabic, but is that really true? With arabic, I've heard that there's too much variation in different arabic speaking countries to truly learn arabic. Is this true also? Thanks in advance for the answers.
