A pretty sum of I believe $27 million dollars was the posted bounty on Bin Laden. With governmental agents (US Navy SEALs) responsible for the man's death, who, if anyone, claims the reward? Are the US soldiers and their commanding officers legally allowed to claim the bounty, since they were acting as agents of the US government? If so, how high up the command chain will the reward be distributed? How low; will the soldiers themselves get any of it in this case?
