Where can I find a good Texas-style place to have a business lunch in Downtown Dallas?

There are going to be about 60 of us and we want an awesome place to have lunch with a private room, projection screen, and steaks. We want steaks. Someone suggested YO Ranch Steakhouse. Is this a good place for this sort of thing? I thought they were more geared towards wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners?
