Is this Astral Projection?

Since i was younger I've had really, really bad nightmares that woke me up by jolting like..i jump awake. I'm usually hot & sweaty when i wake up. Like i had this dream when i was shopping & i was going to say hi to this group of ladies, & they turned around & they're faces were scary looking & they attacked me but i woke up & did that jumpy thing to wake up when they were about to attack. I also have dreams where I go & meet my old friends. I also used to have dreams where i would get chased by a bunch of zombies, because zombies are my worst fear. Is this astral projection when i wake up by a jolt?
