Is this analysis correct?

It sounds to me that the IPCC scenerio this person is discussing is an estimate while this person is taking real time measurements. this person is reading the noise. Since 2008 one of the warmest years on record is 2010 and another one is 2007. How can you have a declining trend when 2007 is one of the warmest years to date and 2010 is warmer still? Like Ottawa Mike, however, I am not qualified to answer this. I just don't see how this person could come up with a negative trend.
