How much is my injury worth?

Im from Canada, Quebec and I work for a diamond drill company. I injured my shoulder on the job and got a acromioplasty and slap surgery on my shoulder. I've healed but my shoulder is not like it used to be. The company I work for wants to set a date do decide how much compensation I will get for my shoulder. I don't want to be low balled, so in what ballpark should I ask for?
