Free marketeers, do you believe organs should be sold on the free market?

Just trying to figure out what you mean by free market as markets, courts and dollar bills are all governmental creations. When a person is in a car crash should Bayer sell their Heart, liver, kidneys and other usable organs to the highest bidder?
