Do the British feel guilt over Indian Holocaust and other genocides they commited?
Do Indians still feel the guilt over the suffering caused by the caste system? Do you feel bad that Indians continue to starve whilst 'holy' cows walk the streets? You seem to have written an essay on terrible things done by poor policy, and good on you, things such as this need to be recorded in the hope that these situations aren't repeated. Having said that you fail to realise that as a far more prosperous and ancient group of people the Indians failed to defend themselves against British Imperialism, and as such, should take some responsibility for the result of that failure. Britain was never an angel, but neither are they the devil. You need to be more dispassionate in your assessment of history.
