Anyone want to try to help with my carpenter ant problem?

Ever morning around 5:00 - 7:00 A.M. there are a ton of Carpenter Ants stuck between my windows in the window seal. I know there probably nesting in my walls and I'm working on getting some stuff to kill them out. But I was just wondering what would happen if I left inner window closed and the outer window opened. Would they eventually leave there highly probably nest in my walls to go outside? Should I just leave both windows closed and kind of lock them in between the windows? (This method looks as if its killing the winged ones but not the tiny worker ones.) I also can not drill holes in my walls to look for the nest so if there is an effective spray or what not please feel free to tell me. Help would be much appreciated.

Right and left splits question?

so I'm trying to get my splits down for drill team and ive been stretching FOREVER but to no avail. first off I wanted to ask: what's the easiest and most effective way to get into your left and right splits? and also is there any tips you guys have for getting my splits? I've been able to master astral projection while asleep, and the secrets to making money. i was always average until one day i had a near death experience. Now i have new abilities i didn't think were possible. I thought being rich was were beautiful celebrities or the lucky. I was able to create a universe i thought was impossible. Why do near death experiences cause this brain power to be unlocked? This is not a joke.

Regardless of what the other answerer said, she doesn't know what she's talking about. OBEs are not dreaming, nor is it hallucinating. I was never laying down, tired, or sleeping when I'd have mine, nor was I ever on medications or drugs. Sick of people "diagnosing" things they know nothing of. OBEs are very dangerous. There have been people reporting that they've encountered demons, some have been attacked. When I realized it was time to quit, I'd just had my second time getting stuck while trying to get back in. I evidently passed out and came to (don't have any idea how long) with the most excruciating headache, just like I did the first time it happened just before. These were the worst headaches that I've ever had to this date, many, many years later. My best guess would be from lack of oxygen, although I really don't know. It wouldn't surprise me to hear that people die while doing this, although, it couldn't be proven. I just think of the people who die and autopsies and toxology reports show nothing, maybe it was a complication from OBEs, but who knows. But, mine still try to come on by themselves and I must fight to stop them.
