so I'm trying to get my splits down for drill team and ive been stretching FOREVER but to no avail. first off I wanted to ask: what's the easiest and most effective way to get into your left and right splits? and also is there any tips you guys have for getting my splits? I'd like to have them done as soon as possible. thanks! and also please only answers from people who have their splits down and people with genuine experience. thanks!!!
